..GETS: Assessment Test..

 Assalamualaikum all

Hari tok kamek nak share sikit pengalaman kamek di jemput untuk menduduki assessment test dari sidak SCOPE (Sarawak Centre of Performance Excellence) untuk menyertai program GETS.

Sebelum cerita hal test, sediki sebanyak hal GETS. Apa sebenarnya GETS ya? GETS stand for Graduates Enhancement Training Sarawak. Untuk tahun 2020 tok dah masuk siri ke 4.0. Program tok khas buat graduan-graduan yang masih mencari kerja. Almaklum time tok susah kita nak carik kerja, jadi dengan ada nya program tok, para graduan akan diberik peluang untuk kerja di mana-mana company or organisasi yang berdaftar dengan GETS. Para graduan akan di berik 12 bulan kontrak dengan elaun RM 1k sebulan. Selain dari ya, soft skill training juak akan disediakan. Kiranya program tok sebenarnya bukan jak nolong para graduan yang menganggur untuk dapat peluang pekerjaan tapi juak untuk memantapkan lagik personaliti dan menyediakan graduan yang berdaya saing. Ok, back to assessment test. Kamek dah apply GETS tok dah a few months rasanya. Terjumpa di FB, isi jak lah form yang disediakan. Tiba-tiba dapat emel jemputan exam di ofis SCOPE, di jalan Masjid. Area Plaza Merdeka. Dapat emel hari tok, esok exam. Nervous juak lah and blur sik tauk nak study apa. Tanyak-tanyak ngan orang yang pernah pergi test, nya padah simple jak. Simple English, ada soalan math yang tricky.

So, time exam ya nang gamble lah. Ada 4 section. First section is math, second section simple english berkaitan grammar, third section more to psikologi test n last section psikometrik test.

Soalan math a lil bit tricky. Actually soalan math nya lebih kurang soalan math SPM. Almaklum, kita tok dah tua kohh ehh.. nang sik ingat dah giney n formula. Ada soalan pasal area, perimeter, mean, probability. Soalan nya simple jak cuma a lil bit tricky. And since dah tua, dah lamak tinggal kalkulator, nang dah sik ingat gik cara nak tekan kalkulator. Hehehe

Oh.. then ada soalan programming sikit. D berik flowchart and pilih apa output nya. Nasib part tok dapat la jawab sikit-sikit.

For english test, simple grammar jak. Sik banyak la soalan, dalam 20 or 30 questions. Then, part soalan psikologi (harap betol la psikologi) or personaliti test. Soalan nya more to tanyak apa kita akan polah in certain condition or situation. Psikometrik test pun sama. Contoh soalan nya, apabila ada konflik dalam kumpulan, adakah ktk akan dengar pandangan semua orang or polah keputusan sendirik. Lebih kurang giya lah.

Masa di berik 3 jam. Tapi sebenarnya dapat jak polah dalam masa sejam lebih. Nasihat kamek, polah dengan tenang part Matematik ya. Slow and steady. Sebab math jak tricky n perlu kerah otak sikit. Yang lain-lain ya ok jak. Belajar tekan kalkulator untuk carik probability ok. Ingat balit cara carik mean, mod semua ya. Semua soalan adalah dalam English. 

Oh, sidak sediakan jamuan ringkas juak. Heeee..

Setakat tok, after a weeks, kmk belom dapat apa2 result. Mungkin kenak tunggu gik. 

Lepas test, boleh lah ngerayo ke Plaza Merdeka. Hehe.. jangan lupak ikut SOP aaahh.. pakey mask, jaga jarak, cuci tangan selalu.

Update: lepas 2 minggu (2.11) baruk dapat result. Alhamdulillah test lulus, dapat join GETS and attached to well known company juak lah. Mun ekot report duty on 16 November. But due to movement control di Kuching, postponed to 1st December. Oh, elaun dah up duhal kinek, RM 1.5k. All the best kepada kawan2 seperjuangan. 😘

..Late Birthday Present..

Assalamualaikum all..

I just want to update and share what I got for my birthday. I am beyond happy and so grateful to receive 2 boxes today ❤️

This morning, my friends call me and ask if they can pick me up at home and have lunch together. Since I had been not socialising much these day, I just say yes because I want to talk to someone who is not my mom or my family. And suddenly my friend gave me a bag of something and she said that is my birthday present. I not even look inside the bag because at that moment we already arrive at restaurant for lunch. I just put aside after thanks her.

A few weeks ago, my brother act as our Personal Shopper at Mitsui since Nike is having sale. Supposedly, he will bring all  shoes back this week. But, because of MCO and Sarawak being so strict for everyone that come from all over Malaysia (my bro had been in Labuan last 2 weeks for works). They will go 14 days of quarantine once they entering Sarawak. So, my brother could not back in Kuching. Kesian nyaa..lamak dah nak balit x dapat2. Huhu.. But he post out all our shoes. And it arrive today. Supposedly, I should pay him my shoes. But I ask him can I get that shoes as my birthday present? And dengan keterpaksaan beliau mengizinkan 😂🤣😂🤣😂. How lucky I am kan? Kesian adik kena buli ngan kakak 🤭

Once I reach home, I open the paper bag given by my friend. And I really really want to screammm!!! Rasa macam nak melompat tengok isi paper beg tu. What it is? A book!! And bookmark. My dream book. Another “I Heart” series by Lindsey Kelk. I really want to get this book but im so broke, I couldn’t afford to get a latest book right now. And thats it.. I smile all day long seeing I Heart Forever in my hand 💜. Actually, earlier September I had share a post from Lindsey Kelk in my FB, telling that I want any of her latest collection of books as my present. I had stop collecting her books for last few years because of my financial constraint. And that what I got. Of course I am extremely happy. Who need boyfriend if your friend and family can give u happiness right? 🤭

Alhamdulillah.. Im so blessed with all the Rezeki I got. I might be jobless or rarely work as part time sales assistant, but my rezeki in everything else is never stop. Not even a day. Always be someone give me free food, free stuff, someone gave me money, someone share their thought with me, share story, share doa with me. Alhamdulillah 💜
