..Review: Sharing Planet..

assalamualaikum and hello everyone

in this post, i would like to write a review on one of the famous western restaurant in Kuching, Sharing Planet. at this moment, there are 4 of Sharing's restaurant available around Kuching which are Sharing Planet (original sharing), Sharing Downtown, Sharing Too and the latest edition is Sharing Tree.

each Sharing are located in different spot and far from each other, i think to make it easier for Kuching's people enjoying their food without needs to drive too far. Sharing Planet is located at Stapok, a house that renovated as restaurant. dont worry about the parking because it has plenty spaces and they have very nice garden at their yard. so, while walking into their restaurant, you can enjoy the green view along the way.

the 2nd franchise is located not too far from center of city, Jalan Ban Hock 10-15 minutes drive from Kuching waterfront. at this premise, they concept is more to open air concept. the parking space is quite limited but dont worry, u still can park ur car at the roadside.

Sharing Too is the 3rd franchise of Sharing located at shopping complex, Mydin City One not too far from Kuching International Airport. In earlier franchise of Sharing, the place is very suitable for faily gathering, but not with this Sharing Too. the space is quite small and not suitable for "lepak2" purpose. its better for grab and go and for small group of people enjoying their meals. oh, Sharing and Sharing Downtown open at night time only. but, here in Sharing Too they are open in the morning until night. they also served "makanan ruji rakyat Malaysia", rice which is not available in previous 2.

The latest edition of Sharing Planet, is Sharing Tree (just having their grand opening last sunday, 20.8.2017. Sharing Tree is located at Metrocity, Petra Jaya. They just promote their lunch set starting this week. So, u can come to Sharing Tree as early as 11am. Sharing Tree concept is more to cafe concept, not too spacious but u still can have a large group of people or having family dinner here. u can choose to sit in the aircond space at the inside of restaurant but its have limited tables. or u can enjoy ur food at open air spaces outside. dont too worry about rainy day because they have rooftop that will protect u from rain and sun. (macam pelik jak bunyi, lantak lah)

all this Sharing served western foods and all of them is delicious. suitable with the name of "Sharing", the portion of each meals is big and u can share ur foods with each other. if ur stomach is not as big as mine, one meals can be share with ur friends or partner. (usually i cant finish my meal alone, either im sharing with my family and friends or tapau bawak balik)

Price? affordable and suit their portion very well.

Taste? i will give 4 star (from my own taste bud).

for me, i had tried a few western restaurant around kuching. i think, they served good quality, tasty, affordable and ample of choices of foods and beverage.

my fav menu, chicken ceaser salad for appetizer, chicken chop or carbonara as main and choclate lava as desert. as for drink i would go for hot honey lemon. or iced blended vanilla chocolate or italian flavored. worth to try.

and if u are very confuse what to order, part of u want to eat chicken, half of u want to eat beef or fish or lamb or jumbo sausage, u can go with mix grilled. RM 36 per plate.. can share up to 2-3 people.

the other menu that can be enjoy up to 4-6pax is errrr i dont remember the name.. hehe.. but its a huge portion of grilled chicken, crispy chicken, 4 wings, 2 jumbo sausages, spicy arabiatta spaghetti and beef ribs served with 2 sauces, black pepper and mushroom sauce. rm 50++

i go to sharing a loooottttt since 2012 up until last week. heeee.. because my mom love their food so much. so, below is a few picture that i manage to dig up from my photo's collection and part of menu. so, enjoy~~~ selamat menjamu mata~~~~

Desert: Chocolate Lava. Molten Chocolate Cake served with ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzle

Spaghetti Carbonara. so creamy and so yummeehhh

Starter: Garlic Bread and Chicken Caesar Salad. for me im satisfied with both this food. but, as a caution, the caesar salad does not have any crouton on it but the grilled chicken is nice.

Garden Salad and Spaghetti Carbonara with Iced Vanilla

Fish and Chip

Chicken Chop served with Mushroom Sauce. I change my side dish from fries to mashed potato.

Mixed Grill. Grilled Chicken, Grilled Lamb, Jumbo Sausages, Fish Fillet and some side dish served with black pepper sauce

Seafood Carbonara

Creamy Salmon Carbonara

Cheezy Chicken Chop

Fish and Chips

i dont remember what this menu call. but this plate contains a loottt of foods. chicken wings, grilled chicken, crispy chicken, ribs, sausages, chicken slice, spicy arabiata spaghetti and fries served with 2 sauces, black pepper and mushroom sauce. Do order this if u eat with a group of friends or family because it much cheaper than order one dish per person. suitable for 4-5pax.
